Overview
We are seeking a senior professional to support IT governance and project reporting activities for a major Japanese financial institution.
The role will be responsible for reviewing IT investment proposals, monitoring project budgets, and preparing executive reporting for EMEA leadership and Head Office stakeholders.
This position is also viewed as a successor candidate for the current governance lead.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess IT investment proposals
- Support IT governance processes
- Monitor project budgets and delivery status
- Prepare project reports for C-level executives and Head Office
- Utilize Power BI for reporting and analytics
- Provide PMO support across multiple initiatives
- Assist with project portfolio governance
Requirements
- Experience working within a Japanese financial institution
- Business-level Japanese and English
- Experience in one or more of:
- IT Governance
- IT Investment Approval
- PMO
- Project Reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Leadership experience within banking environments
- Financial services project experience
- Power BI knowledge
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
