The Nursery Practitioner Level 3 will be assisting and supporting the Room Leader in the day-to-day management and running of the room. This position is offering a competitive basic salary and additional wider benefits, including opportunities for future career progression.
Nursery Room Leader – Qualifications & Experience:
- You must hold a minimum L3 childcare qualification.
- Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to complete observations and planning
- Previous experience implementing an EYFS curriculum
- Be a positive role model to our children and your team
Practitioner Level 3 – Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning for your key children and maintain accurate children’s records.
- Assume deputy responsibilities in the absence of the room leader if required to do so.
- Support, mentor and supervise room staff in their day-to-day duties.
- Provide high standards of quality within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
