About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our business.
You'll support both our clients and our team, making sure every property, every appointment and every process runs smoothly from start to finish.
You'll help create outstanding first impressions, keep our office beautifully organised and ensure nothing gets overlooked.

Your Responsibilities
Looking after our clients
- Answer calls and respond to enquiries professionally and warmly.
- Arrange appointments and consultations.
- Coordinate viewing appointments and feedback.
- Support clients throughout their journey with us.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage.
Keeping the office running brilliantly
- Be the central point of organisation for the team.
- Manage diaries and appointments.
- Keep systems and records accurate and up to date.
- Ensure the office always looks welcoming and professional.
- Order stationery and office supplies.
- Coordinate keys, post and day-to-day administration.
Supporting our property marketing
- Coordinate photography, floorplans and EPCs.
- Upload and maintain property information.
- Monitor compliance documentation.
- Assist with marketing administration.
- Keep property files organised and accurate.
Supporting the team
- Help manage daily priorities.
- Chase outstanding actions.
- Keep everyone organised.
About You
We're looking for attitude and personality as much as experience.
You might have worked in property, hospitality, customer service, luxury retail or office management.
You'll probably recognise yourself in many of these:

- Great at juggling multiple tasks.

- Confident using computers and learning new systems.

Hours
Full-time, permanent.
Based across our Kingswear Head Office and Dartmouth Studio.
