Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests and clients. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces according to company standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish supplies as needed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces to maintain cleanliness
- Meal preparation and light cooking
- Laundry and ironing
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organised manner
- Adhere to strict hygiene standards and confidentiality policies at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning services is advantageous
- Own vehicle and means of transport to/from sites
- None smoker and good personal hygiene

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
