Duties Include:
- To provide the best care, whilst reflecting policies and procedures, and ensure that service users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing
- To support and enable service users to maintain skills and personal interests while delivering person-centred care unique to each individual
- To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as required, from time-to-time, to maintain and progress knowledge
- Support service users to maintain relationships and connections
- Assist with medications where necessary
- Assistance with diet and food, also preparation of meals
- General assistance with daily activities
Important notes: We have limited this to female-only candidates due to our service users' personal care requests and needs.
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
