Battersea Fields Practice is looking for 3 new Care Navigator/Receptionists with a friendly, helpful and approachable manner for our busy inner city GP practice.
You will join an established team who, whilst busy, are all very friendly, helpful and committed to offering the best service possible to our patients and colleagues.
Your role will be to book appointments, answer queries and help patients access a range of healthcare offered by the practice. You will also take calls and emails from other healthcare providers and third parties. We provide a 4 week induction and encourage training and personal development.
Pay: £14.80/hr NHS pension included and we are a London Living Wage Employer
Shift Patterns: Early's - 7.30am - 3.30pm | Mid's - 10.30am - 6.30pm | Late's- 12.30pm -8.30pm.
Locations: You would be required to work across both of our sites (Sleaford Street and Austin Road)
