We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Operative to join our team full-time in London.
The role involves carrying out general maintenance and repair work across commercial properties. Duties may include basic plumbing, painting and decorating, minor electrical work, carpentry repairs, grounds maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure properties are kept in good condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Painting, decorating, and basic carpentry
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of maintenance experience
- Minor plumbing and electrical maintenance
- Reporting faults and completing maintenance records
- Ensuring health & safety standards are followed
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Practical skills across multiple trades
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
