Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of beverages efficiently and courteously to customers
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in replenishing stock and checking inventory levels regularly
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and foster a welcoming environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently, including responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable manner with good communication skills
