Job Summary:
We are looking for Match day hospitality staff to join our current team. You will be part of a team ensuring that some of the UK and the world's biggest events run in a safe, secure way, ensuring that everyone has a first-class experience.
This is a varied role that will provide great memories: you could be based in the event space, outside with the fans, or helping to protect world-famous athletes and staff. Friendly, professional, and approachable, you'll use common sense to help people and ensure the events run smoothly.
Shifts will be a minimum of 4.5 hours
Duties May Include
- Greet VIPs, answer questions, and ensure a high-end guest experience.
- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
- Dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Provide a warm and inviting experience to all guests.
- Crowd management—foot traffic direction, maintaining order, and ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
- Complete any extra tasks as requested by a supervisor.
- Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
- Report any antisocial and suspicious behavior.
- Directing customers around the site.
- Handle requests and queries with professionalism.
- Dealing with customer ejections from site and physical intervention
Requirements:
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Previous experience in Hospitality settings desired but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to stay vigilant to security risks.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond quickly if needed
