I am looking for a temporrary crepe maker for a music festiVal
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of sweet and savory crepes with consistency and attention to detail
- Mix batter from scratch, ensuring proper texture and flavor profiles
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including griddles, spatulas, and other cooking tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruits, preparing fillings, and garnishing plates
- Follow recipes accurately while adding creative touches to enhance presentation and taste
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production or kitchen settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, baking, and presentation techniques
- Experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
