New bicycle repair workshop opening in Stoke Village, Plymouth. Looking for a skilled mechanic to join as a self-employed contractor on a part-time basis, moving to full-time (optional) as we grow.
What you'll do:
- Diagnose and repair bicycles (gears, brakes, wheels, suspension, e-bikes)
- Manage your own workflow and customer jobs
- Maintain workshop standards and tool care
- Provide honest advice to customers
Provided:
- Workshop space, tools, and equipment
- Customer bookings and parts ordering support

Pay structure:
- 50/50 profit split on your completed jobs + parts
