Overview
We are seeking a skilled and mature Massage and Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension, and be confident and capable of offering all Beauty treatments, especially Gel nails.
Duties
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, Hot stone, Indian Head massage, tailored to individual client requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and hygienic.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
- Perform Beauty treatments to a high standard.
Qualifications
- Valid certification in massage and Beauty therapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is essential.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
