This leading Motor Group are looking for an Assistant Manager for their Exeter Autocentre . The basic salary would be £34K / £35k depending on experience, plus a monthly and quarterly gererous bonuses giving you high earnings £39k+. You must be able to look after staff, be well organised, have good communication skills and have some automotive supervisor or management experience. The main responsibilities would be to help run the Centre with the Manager and look after it when the Manager is away. You will also be allocating work to the Vehicle Technicians, organising other staff where required, dealing with customers and handling any day-to-day problems that arise to ensure the smooth running of the Centre. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and every other Saturday, 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. with a day off in the week when you work on a Saturday.
