As a Team Member, you’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant. From prepping fresh ingredients to smashing out our signature burgers, you’ll keep standards sharp, orders flying, and customers happy.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Burger Boi menu items to spec, with speed and accuracy.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures at all times.
Keep your station clean, stocked, and organised.
Work as part of a tight, fast-paced team during service.
Support deliveries, stock rotation, and kitchen checks.
Uphold Burger Boi’s brand standards – every burger served hot, fresh, and consistent.
What We’re Looking For:
Kitchen experience preferred but not essential – training will be provided.
Strong work ethic, quick learner, and thrives under pressure.
