Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Work as a member of a small teams during maintenance projects or emergency repairs.,
- Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance or handyman roles
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
