We’re looking for a Disrepair Administrator to join our Housing Repairs Service, supporting the delivery of essential services to our tenants. This is a key role helping to ensure housing disrepair cases are managed efficiently, accurately and in line with statutory requirements.
About the role
Based within our Repairs and Maintenance team, you’ll provide vital administrative support to help manage disrepair claims and keep cases progressing smoothly. You’ll play an important part in ensuring tenants receive timely and effective responses.
Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing document bundles for legal cases in line with required protocols.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating housing systems
- Handling queries and supporting case progression
- Communicating with tenants, colleagues, and external partners
- Supporting meetings, including minute-taking
- Assisting with performance reporting and general administrative duties
About you
You’ll be highly organised, accurate, and confident managing a varied workload. You’ll also bring:

Strong administrative experience in a busy office environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- A proactive approach and the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
