Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard of hygiene
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities
- Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Follow organisational policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact politely and professionally with clients
- Valid driving licence is preferred to support travel between multiple sites
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
