JND Group are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our Commercial Cleaning Team in Heighington, Newton Aycliffe. This role offers consistent weekly hours across two days and is ideal for someone local to the area or looking to top up existing employment.
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising surfaces, and waste removal
- Maintain washrooms, kitchens, offices, and communal areas to required hygiene standards
- Follow site‑specific cleaning schedules and instructions
- Use cleaning equipment safely and store correctly after use
- Report any issues, hazards, or incidents promptly
- Maintain professional conduct while representing JND Group on client premises

- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential
