About the Role:
Clarke Legal Specialists are looking for experienced Financial Mis-Selling Paralegals to join our clients North West team. You will work alongside solicitors on claims related to mis-sold financial products, providing vital case support and helping clients achieve the outcomes they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors with financial mis-selling claims, case preparation, and documentation
- Draft legal correspondence and manage client communications
- Conduct legal research and review financial agreements
- Support litigation and settlement processes
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial services litigation, mis-selling claims, or related legal work
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Paralegal qualification or equivalent experience
