Responsibilities

- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring food safety standards are met
- Handle cash register operations, process transactions efficiently, and give correct change
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers
Experience
- Previous barista experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for eager learners
- Knowledge of food safety practices to uphold hygiene standards at all times
- Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments to deliver excellent service under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash register operations
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques to assist with light kitchen duties when required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
