We are looking for people with life experience as well as experience of the job, but anyone with the right attitude and values will be considered.
It's a small staff team and a very community orientated locals pub, so good communication skills and a sense of humour are essential.
Real ale experience would be useful but is certainly not required.
There are a variety of shifts available depending on the right people to join the team. Some are opening up during the week. Some are locking up at night, weekends and rock gigs.
Ideally the right person will be trusted and capable to work alone, as well as in a larger team, once they feel comfortable with their level of training.
We need a certain flexibility due to the nature of the job, but in turn we are a flexible team and can work around other jobs, dependents and commitments. Its the person you are that is most important to us.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
