Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our vibrant team at Chloe MAEs , this role is essential for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting our culinary team to deliver excellent dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen remains hygienic and organized.
- Support chefs by handling basic kitchen duties and maintaining stock levels.
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Ensure waste disposal is managed properly and the workspace is safe.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Help with setting up and breaking down the kitchen area for service.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Qualifications
- Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards in kitchens.
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential.
