Job Overview
We're looking for reliable, experienced construction all-rounders for ongoing work in and around Haywards Heath (West Sussex). You’ll be working on a variety of local projects doing hands-on tasks such as:
- Repairs
- Demolition and strip-outs
- Bricklaying and blockwork
- ground work
- Floor levelling
- Carpentery
Experience
- Hands-on skills in any of the above trades
- Good attitude and work ethic
- Own transport or able to get to site
- UTR
- CIS registration
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy loads.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a construction or industrial setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
