Experienced Builder / Multi-Trader Required | £1,000–£1,500+ Per Week | Bristol
HB Electrical & Home Upgrades is looking for an experienced Builder / Multi-Trader to join our growing team.
Having built a strong reputation within the electrical industry, we have now expanded into full home renovations, extensions and property improvement projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and reliable tradesperson to help support our workload.
We have multiple full house refurbishments, extensions, structural alteration projects and garden room builds booked throughout Bristol, with work secured well into 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced builder who is looking for consistent work, strong earning potential and the opportunity to become a key part of a growing company.
Earnings & Benefits
- £200–£250 per day depending on experience (unless on price).
- £1,000–£1,500+ per week achievable
- Additional price-work opportunities available

The Role
You will be working on a variety of residential renovation and building projects across Bristol, both independently and alongside our team.
Typical duties will include:
- First fix carpentry
- Kitchen fitting
- General building work
- Stud walls and structural alterations
- Basic plumbing
- Second fix works
- Reading and working from drawings
- Problem solving on site
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building, renovations or property refurbishment
- Strong first fix carpentry skills
- Kitchen fitting experience
- Basic plumbing skills
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Ability to work confidently without constant supervision
- Own van and professional tools
- Organised, punctual and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
- Pride in producing high-quality work
