Practice Manager – The Hartley Clinic, Hartley Wintney
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our friendly mixed dental practice at The Hartley Clinic in Hartley Wintney.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, organised and proactive dental professional who enjoys leading teams, developing systems and playing a key role in the continued growth of a modern dental practice.
The successful candidate will work closely with the practice owners and clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience across both NHS and private dentistry, maintain high standards of compliance, support the team and help shape the future development of the practice.
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience.
About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring the clinic continues to grow while maintaining excellent standards of patient care, compliance and team performance.
You will be responsible for supporting and developing the dental team, improving processes, coordinating workflows, maintaining regulatory standards and acting as a key link between clinicians, reception, nursing staff and management.
This role would suit an experienced dental professional who enjoys taking ownership, implementing improvements and making a positive difference within a growing practice environment.
What We Are Looking ForEssential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a dental practice management or senior dental role
- Experience within a mixed dental practice environment would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations and patient journey management
- Knowledge of CQC requirements, HTM 01-05, COSHH, health & safety and compliance procedures
- Experience using dental software systems (SOE/Exact preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to support, motivate and develop a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Professional, approachable and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions
Working Hours
This is a full-time position.
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
Total: 37.5 hours per week
