Flexperience is delighted to be supporting one of our longstanding clients with the recruitment of a Medical Market Research Recruiter to join their team on a part time and fixed term contract basis. Based in the centre of Cheltenham (there is no parking but this location is super central), you will be at the forefront of connecting with healthcare professionals and medical experts to support innovative market research initiatives. Your energetic approach will help identify, engage, and recruit qualified participants for various research projects, ensuring our clients receive valuable insights that drive healthcare advancements.
Duties
Following up with people who have expressed an interest in participating in studies
Recruiting participants by calling through a database
Scheduling interviews
Sending confirmation emails and interview reminders
Logging participant incentives once interviews have been completed
You'll also support their cold recruitment activities by:
Mapping hospitals and identifying relevant specialists
Cold calling hospitals to recruit participants
Responding to participant incentive enquiries
Skills
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage candidates confidently and professionally
- Experience with relationship management to nurture long-term connections within the medical community
- Familiarity with CRM tools to manage candidate data and outreach campaigns
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
