We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and ambitious preschool practitioner to join our team at Ducklings Preschool and Nursery in Blackley! We have been proudly serving our local community for over 5 years now, and we'd love to welcome you into our team!

An ideal candidate will
- be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to use your initiative.
- Good communication skills with children support them in their learning and development
-You will be required to help in developing activities that are creative, challenging and in line with the current guidelines
- You must be able to understand and respond to the needs of the children, the parents and staff.
What we're looking for
- Ideally, you would have a Level 3 or above qualification within early years
- Ideally, you would have some experience as an early years educator (Nursery nurse, preschool practitioner, early years educator etc.)
- Ideally, you have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
Competitive rates of pay, which will be depend on qualifications and experience, which we are open to discussing upon application.
