To support it, we're looking for an exceptional Chartered Engineer to lead our technical function and help shape the future of the practice.
What you'll do:
This is more than a project delivery role. Working directly alongside our Managing Director, you'll be the technical authority across our mechanical and electrical engineering - setting standards, leading quality, mentoring a growing team and influencing the strategy, culture and direction of the business.

What you bring:
A Chartered Engineer (CIBSE, IET, IMechE or equivalent) with significant consultancy experience, a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical disciplines, a track record leading multidisciplinary teams, and a genuine passion for developing engineers.
