We are looking for a compassionate, flexible, and motivated Peripatetic Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality support to vulnerable women, men, and young people who have experienced complex challenges, including domestic abuse, substance use, and mental health issues.

This is a flexible role that provides cover across a range of services, including:

Providing support within our 24-hour staffed accommodation projects when required.

Covering dispersed accommodation and community-based clients during periods of annual leave or service demand.

Delivering tailored support to individuals and families with complex and multiple support needs enabling them to achieve agreed outcomes set by local authorities and commissioners..

Building positive relationships that encourage resilience, confidence, and independence.

Maintaining accurate records and contributing to person-centred support plans.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in:

Planning, organising, and delivering workshops, groups, and programmes for tenants and service users.

Promoting and encouraging tenant participation and engagement activities.

Supporting service users to have a voice in the development and improvement of services.

Leading initiatives that enhance community involvement, wellbeing, and personal development opportunities.
Experience of supporting people affected by domestic abuse, substance use, mental health challenges, homelessness, or other complex needs would be advantageous.
Due to the areas covered, candidates hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas)
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Child & Adult Workforce) which the company will pay for.
