Senior Surveyor / Associate – Property Management
Location: Manchester
Salary: Competitive + industry-leading bonus (circa 40%) + benefits

Based in modern Manchester city centre offices, the Northern Property Management team manages assets across the region for a range of institutions, property companies, and investment managers. The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join a high-performing Property Management team and take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, including multi-let offices, retail, industrial, and development projects across the North of England.

The successful candidate will manage a significant instruction for a major asset management client, including a mix of multi-let Grade A offices and a large-scale development project nearing completion.

You’ll work closely with internal service lines (FM, ESG, Procurement, CX, Data, Technology) to ensure each asset is operated to the highest standard, delivering a modern occupier experience while driving sustainability and value for the client.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial assets.
Manage service charge budgets, financial performance, and compliance.
Lead on tenant and client relationship management, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Coordinate with site-based FM teams and internal specialists to deliver best-in-class service.
Support asset management initiatives, leasing activity, and development handovers.
Drive innovation and ESG improvements across the portfolio.
Contribute to business development and client relationship growth within the region.

The Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in managing multi-let offices and mixed-use commercial assets.
Client-focused, proactive, and commercially minded.
Confident in financial management and service charge budgeting.
A strong communicator with experience leading or mentoring junior staff.
Knowledgeable about sustainability and ESG best practice.
Ambitious, career-driven, and a natural relationship builder.
Willing to be office-based in Manchester around three days per week, with regional travel as required.
