Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience

Rookwood School is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Admissions and Marketing Assistant to support both the Head of Admissions and Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving independent school and play a key role in attracting new families, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the school's unique offering across the local community and beyond.
Nestled on a leafy site in Andover, Rookwood School is a happy and thriving learning environment for pupils aged 6 months to 16 years. Working across admissions and marketing, you will help deliver an exceptional experience for prospective families while supporting the promotion of Rookwood School and Little Rooks Nursery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting families from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a professional and personalised admissions journey.
- Maintaining admissions records and CRM data, and coordinating visits, assessments and interviews.
- Creating engaging content for social media, the website and marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the production of marketing materials, advertising and school communications.
- Organising events for prospective families and the wider community.
- Building positive relationships with parents, staff and local organisations to help raise the profile of the school.
