What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting residents with complex mental health conditions in a safe, person-centred way
- Following detailed care and risk management plans
- Promoting independence, engagement and meaningful daily routines
- Responding calmly and professionally to challenging or unpredictable behaviours
- Working collaboratively within a small, supportive team
- Maintaining accurate, clear and confidential records
Pay & Hours:
- £13.50 per hour
- £150 bonus upon successful completion of induction
- Full-time and part-time roles available

What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year’s experience in care or mental health support (essential)
- A calm, patient and professional approach
- Confidence supporting individuals who may present challenging behaviours

- An Enhanced DBS check (funded by Pinnacle Care)
