What You'll Be Doing
As Technical Assistant, you will provide vital support to the Sales Team and wider business, assisting with a variety of commercial, operational, and administrative activities, including:
- Producing and analysing sales, usage, spend, and performance reports for both internal teams and customers.
- Maintaining pricing data across business systems, including price books, supplier costs, and customer pricing structures.
- Supporting the management and tracking of tank rentals, ad-hoc services, and demurrage activities, including order processing, invoice preparation, payment monitoring, and debtor support.
- Coordinating and processing product returns efficiently and accurately.
- Assisting with the preparation of customer presentations and Business Performance Review (BPR) materials.
- Supporting Invitation to Tender (ITT) submissions through document collation, quality checks, and formatting.
- Building confidence to engage directly with customers and provide professional support when required.
- Conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, identifying business opportunities, and supporting conference and networking initiatives.
- Ensuring key product and compliance documentation (including CEFAS, SDS, and related materials) is accurately maintained and accessible.
- Reviewing, auditing, and enhancing sales procedures to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
