You will manage key relationships with strategic partners, scout emerging trends, and support high-level sustainability agendas. Core Responsibilities
Co-shape and drive 2-3 key pivotal initiatives in a portfolio of external ecosystem engagement aiming at enabling sustainable growth for The LEGO group in the long-term decarbonising our materials
Key Account Manage external relationships with key strategic partners
Systematically scout and engage with new trends and potential partners of relevance for our change strategy and target
Support the Sr Director and Chief Sustainability Officer on agenda and positioning at key high-level events.
Assist across the team in shaping and evolving current and future system change strategies
Collaborate with internal teams, notably material strategy, public affairs and communication

This role plays a crucial role in making sure that our operating environment evolves over time enabling viable options for phasing out virgin fossil carbon in our materials.
Do you have what it takes?
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant area for understanding societal development
Proven track record, involving multistakeholder brokage and partnership building as a tool in a wider change strategy, including solid sustainability knowledge
Excellent relationship and collaboration skills building rapport and trust with partners to ensure long term collaboration, including ability to understand interests and aspirations of partners
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—verbal, visual, and written, including making visually power point slides suite for larger audiences
Evolved strategic thinking and discernment to ensure alignment with organisation goals and dynamics in the market as well as power relations between key partners
Good ability to negotiate, read the room and conflict resolution leading to good expectation management and mutually beneficial solutions.
Bravery to build rapport with senior partners and stamina to excel in challenging internal and external interactions
A self-starter with strong ability to take ownership of workstream and project manage deliverables
Ability to travel 40 – 60 days annually
