Responsibilities for Maintenance Assistant
To be responsible for the efficient maintenance requirements throughout the Hotel with regards to Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments - liaising with the Management and outside contractors (where applicable). To ensure all work is carried out in priority order, to satisfy all Health, Safety, Fire Regulations, to be cost effective and to the highest standards possible.
