As a Paid Search Senior Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering best-in-class search performance across EMEA markets. Working closely with the wider Paid Search team, you'll help plan, launch, optimise and grow campaigns that drive measurable business results.
You'll be responsible for:

Planning, managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns across multiple markets.

Driving performance against commercial objectives and agreed KPIs.

Supporting testing programmes, innovation projects and new tool adoption.

Delivering insightful reporting and actionable recommendations.

Ensuring campaigns follow best practice and maintain excellent account hygiene.

Supporting business reviews and identifying opportunities for growth.

Building strong relationships with platform partners and key stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about Paid Search and eager to take ownership of campaign performance.
You might currently be a Search Executive ready for your next step, or already operating at Senior Executive level and looking for a new challenge.
You'll ideally have:

Experience managing Paid Search campaigns, ideally with revenue-driven objectives.

Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level accounts.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Experience using platforms such as Google Ads, SA360 and Microsoft Advertising.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

A genuine passion for digital marketing and performance media.
