Responsibilities of the Plasterer:
- Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance in residents' homes
- Repair damaged walls, ceilings and plasterwork
- Complete patch plastering, skimming and rendering
- Prepare surfaces by removing damaged material, filling and making good
- Repair cracks, holes and water-damaged areas
- Carry out planned, reactive and void property works
- Complete associated making-good and minor decorating where required
Requirements of the Plasterer:
- NVQ Level 2
- Clean driving licence
- DBS check
- Proven experience working in a social housing environment
