Due to continued growth, we are recruiting Industrial Cleaners to join our team based at our Scunthorpe operation. We pride ourselves in fostering a great working environment, if you’re passionate about doing great things in a fast-moving industry, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role
Working as part of a site-based industrial cleaning team, you will support the safe and efficient delivery of cleaning and waste management services within a heavy industrial environment.
This is a physically active, hands-on role requiring reliability, teamwork, and strict adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out industrial cleaning duties in line with site procedures and safety requirements
· Operate industrial vacuum units and associated cleaning equipment
· Use manual handling tools (brushes, shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
· Carry out wash-down activities using water hoses and jet washers
· Assist with waste removal and general housekeeping
· Maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service
Safety, reliability and customer service are central to this role.

We are looking for someone who:
· Has previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar heavy industrial environment
· Demonstrates a strong safety-first mindset
· Is reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
· Has a positive, proactive attitude
· Is physically fit and comfortable working in industrial conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
· Full UK driving Licence (max 6 points)
· Vac tanker or similar vehicle experience.
· WJA water jetting experience / licencing.
What We Offer:
· £13.21 per hour (paid weekly in arrears)
· 40-hour basic working week
· Monday–Friday: 7:45am – 4:15pm (30-minute unpaid break)
· Overtime paid after 40 hours:
o Time & a half after 40 hours
o Double time on Sundays
· Company pension scheme (auto enrolment)
· Full PPE and uniform provided
· Local role – home at the end of your shift
