We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Multilingual Event Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of events across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and French, with Italian strongly preferred. Additional languages are a significant advantage. This role involves managing on-site teams, coordinating staff, and ensuring events are delivered to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events across multiple countries
- Manage, supervise, and support on-site event teams and staff
- Act as the primary point of contact between headquarters, local teams, and external partners
- Ensure smooth event operations before, during, and after each event
- Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, venues, and stakeholders in multiple languages
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
- Prepare post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement
Key Requirements
- Fluency in German and French (spoken and written)
- Italian language skills strongly preferred
- Additional languages are a plus
- Proven experience in event management or operations management
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Calm, professional approach in fast-paced environments

Pay: £23,319.19-£46,222.51 per year
