Based in Watling Street Practice @ Shenley Church End, this is an exciting opportunity to join our hard working and friendly administrative team and assist in the digitisation of patient records.
We are initially seeking someone to join us for a 12-month period, which may be extended into a second year.

- £12.81- £12.98 per hour depending on experience

Shift Pattern

Job Summary
As part of an on-going project, you will play an important role in the digitisation of paper records. This role is highly confidential as you will be dealing with sensitive materials on a daily basis. Exceptional levels of accuracy are paramount to getting this job complete.

Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Scanning patient records into a PDF format
- Uploading patient records to the National Document Repository
- Supporting colleagues to maintain an efficient and friendly atmosphere
- Assisting with any other administration required
About You
- You have high levels of accuracy and understand the importance of getting information correct at all times
- You understand the level of responsibility of the task given and act accordingly in the best interests of the patients and Practice.
- You understand the importance of confidentiality and work efficiently with your colleagues to get the job done
Essential Criteria
- A keen sense of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
Desirable Criteria
- Existing knowledge of patient records would be advantageous but not essential
