£35,000 - £39,000 pro rata per annum on payroll or £200 per day self employed

We are urgently seeking an experienced payroller, who would enjoy running the full payroll end-to-end process.

What you’ll be doing:
I day per payroll plus time to produce P11Ds – weekly and monthly payrolls.
Caice is a successful growing company in the construction industry with approx. Approx.170 employees. (90+ monthly paid, 70+ weekly paid)
Close working relationship with Management Accountant and finance team members, reporting to the Head of Finance.
We are looking for someone who can work under their own initiative and run the whole payroll process end-to-end.
Main duties include (not an exhaustive list):
· Weekly payroll (factory staff)
· Monthly Payroll
· Experience of SMP/Earnings attachment orders
· Experience of Holiday purchase scheme useful but not essential
· Inclusion of expense payments, paid with the payroll.
· Pensions: uploading data to pension provider.
· Experienced user of Sage 5O payroll (or SAGE Cloud payroll as we are planning to migrate to this platform).
· Experience/confidence in posting accounting journal entries would be useful but not essential.
