We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a Mobile Hydraulic Engineer with strong hydraulics expertise to make a real impact based in Halesowen.
About the role:
As our Mobile Hydraulic Engineer, you'll travel across England and Wales, delivering expert hydraulic support directly to our customers. Whether carrying out preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, or responding to urgent breakdowns, you'll play a crucial role in keeping customer operations running smoothly. As the face of our business on-site, you'll build strong customer relationships through outstanding service, professional advice and technical expertise.
This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll troubleshoot complex hydraulic challenges, provide effective solutions, identify opportunities to enhance our service offering and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations. Combining technical excellence with a customer-focused approach, you'll help drive customer satisfaction, strengthen long-term partnership and support the continued growth and success of Hayley Dexis.
What we’re looking for in our Mobile Hydraulic Engineer:
- Proven experience as a Hydraulic Hose Engineer, Mobile Hydraulic Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components
- Excellent hydraulic hose assembly, fitting and repair experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Flexible approach to travel and working across multiple locations
