Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic music tutors to run weekly music sessions with adults with learning disabilities.
We are looking for tutors who can deliver sessions in:
- Drums
- Guitar
- Ukulele
- Keyboard
The sessions will be 2 hours once a week, starting from 7th September. There will be up to 8 learners in each session, and volunteers will be there to support learners throughout the session.
We are happy to hear from tutors who can offer one or more of these instruments. The sessions should be focused on having fun, making music and helping people develop their confidence and skills.
We are looking for people who are friendly, patient and able to work with people with different abilities and levels of experience. Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities would be an advantage, although enthusiasm and a willingness to make music accessible and enjoyable are equally important.
All roles will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
