Qualifications, certifications, requirements
Essential
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Barbering
- Proven barbering experience in a salon or shop environment
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- 2+ years’ barbering experience
- Existing or growing client base

Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality barbering services including cutting, styling, fades, and beard work
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client
- Build, manage, and retain your own client base
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professional presentation
- Manage your own bookings, tools, and products
- Work collaboratively with the wider salon team
- Represent the salon brand professionally at all times
