Overview
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchen and make it their own.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to follow an existing menu. We are looking for a chef with their own ideas, style and identity who can bring something genuinely unique to the business.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for running your own kitchen, leading the kitchen team and overseeing everything from menu development and food preparation to ordering, stock control, food safety and maintaining consistently high standards.
Creativity is a major part of this position. We want every dish leaving the kitchen to have the Head Chef’s own stamp on it. You will have the freedom to develop dishes, create specials, introduce seasonal menus and continually bring fresh ideas to the table. We don’t want to copy what everyone else is doing – we want food that gives customers a reason to come back.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and proud of what they put on the plate. You should be confident running a kitchen independently, managing a team and making decisions.
Most importantly, we want a Head Chef who is creative and ambitious. Every dish should feel like your own rather than something copied from another menu. We want someone who sees the kitchen as their opportunity to build a food offering they can genuinely be proud of.
Previous experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step would be preferred.
If you are looking for a Head Chef position where you can take ownership of a kitchen, have creative freedom and put your own stamp on the menu, we would love to hear from you.
