Busy Essex based Joinery Company are looking for Working Site Foreman.
The applicant must be able to run projects independently with supervision from the management team and will be responsible for:
· The General day to day running of sites as required.
· Managing and co-ordinate multiple sub-contractors and direct labour on the site daily.
· Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and the company health and safety policy.
· Ensuring clients' expectations are met and exceeded throughout the project.
· Liaising/reporting directly to the contract’s managers.
The successful candidate must have:
· At least 5 years construction experience.
· Previous experience on site as a foreman and be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation and professional skills.
· Good Health & Safety knowledge and awareness.
· Valid CSCS Card
