- At least two years of experience behind the bar in a cocktail-led environment.
- An outgoing and friendly attitude.
- A keen interest in the cocktail/hospitality industry.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Proximity to the bar, as we keep the good times rolling until 1 am Thurs-Sat.
