Hybrid – based at Rivermead Centre, Rogerstone
The Prevention & Inclusion Business Support team covers a diverse range of projects and initiatives. We are currently offering two exciting opportunities within our fast-paced and dynamic team.
Attention to detail and working on own initiative are fundamental requirements of the posts along with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Responsibilities will include:
- Co-ordination of training particularly for the childcare and play sector ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitating student and volunteer placements across the service area.
- Organisation and processing of service area off-site visits in line with current policies and procedures.
- Childcare admissions including processing applications, liaising with families and childcare providers, issuing fee schedules and reconciliation of payments.
- Undertaking the end-to-end administration of grant applications, including data management and record keeping.
- Co-ordination of intervention and support outcomes, ensuring accurate monitoring, record keeping and invoice processing.
All tasks include maintaining accurate records, engaging with a range of audiences including internal teams, external providers and partners, and producing performance and financial monitoring information.
