Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Gym Cleaner to join our team at Fervid Fitness in Runcorn. As a Gym Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our members, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of gym equipment, locker rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, mirrors, and surfaces throughout the facility.
- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition.
- Cleaning and maintaining the spa facilities, including: sauna, steam room, and ice bath.
- Follow health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe environment for staff and members.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Support the team in implementing cleanliness standards that enhance member experience.
- Contribute to creating a positive and professional atmosphere within the fitness center.
Skill/Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience in a gym or fitness environment is a plus.

Hours
Part-time hours available, weekday evenings and/or weekend mornings.
Typical shifts include:
- 8pm-12am Monday - Friday
- 8am-1pm Saturday - Sunday

Pay: £12.71 per hour
