his is a brilliant role for a sharp, curious, and highly motivated person who wants to learn fast and contribute meaningfully from day one. You will sit within the Brand & Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Content & Creative Services, and working closely with the wider team across ecommerce, CRM, design, and product.

he role spans a genuinely wide remit - from owning our organic social presence and building our community, to managing our affiliate programme, supporting PR activity, and bringing store marketing moments to life. You will be across everything the brand puts into the world, and your organisational ability, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for the brand will be the glue that holds a lot of moving parts together.

his is not a siloed executive role. We want someone who can think, write, organise, and connect - and who is genuinely excited by luxury fashion, storytelling, and the craft of building a brand.
A
reas of responsibility:
O
rganic Social Media
D
- ay-to-day management of The Fold’s organic social channels - primarily Instagram, but also Pinterest, LinkedIn and Facebook - ensuring consistent, on-brand posting in line with the content calendar
D- raft and schedule social content in line with the brand tone of voice and content strategy set by the Head of Content & Creative Services
S- ource, select, and caption assets in collaboration with the Creative Producer and design team - always asking whether each piece of content earns its place
M- onitor platform performance metrics - reach, engagement, saves, follows - and feed insights back to the team to inform the ongoing content plan
S- tay close to platform developments, trends, and competitor activity to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the team
S- upport the development of short-form video content (Reels) where relevant, working with the Creative Producer on assets
C
ommunity Management
O
- wn the day-to-day community experience across The Fold’s social channels - responding to comments and DMs promptly, warmly, and in brand voice
I- dentify and flag positive customer stories, styling moments, and UGC opportunities to the wider team
B- uild genuine relationships with The Fold’s most engaged customers and brand advocates online
M- onitor and report on community sentiment, surfacing themes and feedback that can inform product, content, and customer experience decisions
S- upport any brand ambassador or gifting activity, coordinating logistics and follow-up
A
ffiliate Programme
O
- wn the day-to-day management of The Fold’s affiliate programme via the Awin (Affiliate Window) platform
R- ecruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with relevant affiliate and publisher partners that reflect The Fold’s brand positioning
B- rief affiliates on seasonal campaigns, new arrivals, and key trading moments - ensuring they have the assets and information they need to represent the brand well
M- onitor affiliate performance - clicks, transactions, revenue, commission - and report findings to the Head of Content & Creative Services and Ecommerce team
I- dentify opportunities to grow the programme through new partner types: editorial, styling, professional women’s networks, and premium lifestyle publishers
E- nsure all affiliate activity adheres to brand guidelines and trading terms
P
R Support
S
- erve as the internal day-to-day contact for The Fold’s freelance PR consultant, coordinating briefings, timelines, and press requests
M- anage sample movement in and out of the business for press and editorial shoots - tracking, logging, and chasing returns
M- aintain press coverage logs and compile regular coverage reports for the team
S- upport the creation of press materials including product information, lookbook assets, and seasonal press packs, working with the Creative Producer and Head of Content & Creative Services
A- ssist with the coordination of press events, brand activations, and gifting activity
S
tore Marketing & Retail Activations
S
- upport the planning and delivery of in-store marketing moments and events, ensuring they are joined up with the wider brand and campaign calendar
C- oordinate in-store collateral - signage, lookbooks, POS materials - working with the design team to brief and deliver on time
L- iaise with the retail team to understand in-store priorities and ensure marketing support is well timed and well executed
H- elp bring seasonal brand moments to life in a retail context, from window dressing support to event logistics

C
reative & Campaign Support
S
- upport the Head of Content & Creative Services in the day-to-day running of the marketing calendar - tracking deadlines, chasing assets, and keeping the team organised
A- ssist in the briefing and coordination of creative content across campaigns, ensuring assets reach the right channels at the right time
H- elp maintain the content library and asset management system so the wider team can access what they need efficiently
C- ontribute to campaign brainstorms and content planning sessions, bringing energy, a customer perspective, and fresh ideas
S- upport the product marketing process by maintaining accurate product information and copy across relevant channels, working closely with the product team
T- ake on project-based tasks and wider team support as needed - this is a broad role and no two weeks will look the same. Where intern resource is available, you will help direct their work and support their development

bout You:

e are looking for someone smart, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about building a luxury brand. You do not need years of experience - but you do need energy, rigour, and a real feel for what great looks like.

- -3 years of in-house Marketing experience with a degree in marketing, fashion, communications, journalism, or a related discipline
A- genuine love of and feel for premium fashion and luxury brand aesthetics - you instinctively understand The Fold customer
E- xcellent written English - you write clearly, confidently, and with natural feel for tone; copy editing instincts are a real bonus
H- ighly organised with strong attention to detail - you manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
A- confident and proactive communicator - comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners
C- omfortable with social media platforms from a professional and analytical perspective, not just a personal one
N- umerate and comfortable working with basic performance data to draw simple, practical conclusions
S- ome familiarity with affiliate marketing or digital marketing platforms is a bonus, but not essential - we will train the right person
A- collaborative team player who is equally happy taking direction and using their initiative
A- daptable, positive, and ready to roll up their sleeves - this is a hands-on role in a fast-moving team. An interest in developing others and early line management experience (or the appetite for it) would be a real plus
